Ganjactivist.com 30 Day CBD/ Wellness Challenge- Day 30 AM post

Today is the final day of my 30-Day CBD & Wellness Challenge.

I’ll be honest: I did not exercise every day. I did not post every day. I did not make ...it to physiotherapy as often as I wanted.

But I did do the work.

I journaled. I moved when I could. I paid more attention to my body. I started understanding more about my mobility issues, my hip, my back, my routine, and the role that CBD and cannabinoids may play as part of a broader wellness practice.

And that may be the biggest lesson from the last 30 days:

Building a routine while dealing with pain, work, stress, fundraising, events, and life is not easy.

So now we’re going to build this properly.

Ganjactivist.com Wellness will be developing a structured 30-Day CBD & Mobility Challenge with journaling, movement, CBD education, professional input, and eventually a way for participants to upload their progress and receive a useful analysis of their own wellness journey.

This is not about pretending one product or one routine fixes everything.

It’s about learning your body, tracking what changes, asking better questions, and building healthier habits with the right support.

We’ll be sharing more videos from the challenge, building toward our Independence Weekend wellness retreat at Coral Cove, and bringing this conversation into the Caribbean Cannabis & Tourism Summit in Negril.
