The 30-Day CBD & Wellness Challenge is officially underway.
This started as a simple idea: take 30 days, track the body honestly, use CBD and wellness products consistently, write things down, and see what changes.
Not guess. Not hype. Track.
The first few days have already made one thing clear: this challenge is not just about CBD. It is about listening to the body.
A lot of people live with pain, stiffness, poor sleep, limited mobility, or discomfort they cannot fully explain. Many try products, routines, stretches, supplements, or remedies without ever really tracking what is happening from day to day.
This challenge is about slowing that process down.
Over the next 30 days, I will be tracking pain, sleep, movement, flexibility, walking distance, CBD use, recovery, and how my body feels in the morning, during the day, and at night.
M. Omari Jackson with Christina Lindo, physiotherapist and Pilates instructor at Body Forte, during the early stages of the 30-Day CBD & Wellness Challenge.
Body Forte is participating by providing clinical wellness support, including mobility assessment, movement guidance, and clinical Pilates. That professional layer helps keep the journey grounded.
We also want to thank Medicanja for contributing Relevium, which I will be using during the challenge as part of the recovery and pain-management side of the process. Based on how things are going, it may very well remain part of my routine long after the 30 days are over.
Medicanja Relevium is now part of my 30-Day CBD & Wellness Challenge. I’ll be using it as I track pain, mobility, recovery, sleep, and how my body responds over time. This is not about hype — it’s about real use, daily notes, and seeing what patterns show up.
Tomorrow, we will begin showing how the 30-Day Challenge Journal works.
The journal is a major part of the process because memory is tricky. You may think you remember how you felt last week, but pain, sleep, stress, movement, and recovery shift every day. Writing it down helps reveal patterns.
Ganjactivist.com will also soon begin supporting online sales of selected CBD products used in the challenge. This will begin with CBD products only, with delivery as the starting model.
The goal is simple: education-led access.
Many people are curious about CBD for pain, sleep, stress, recovery, or mobility, but they may not know where to begin, what to ask, or which products make sense for them. Ganjactivist.com aims to help bridge that gap with product education, tracking tools, digital access, and real-world wellness stories.
