The 30-Day CBD / Wellness Challenge

The 30-Day CBD / Wellness Challenge follows Ganjactivist.com founder M. Omari Jackson through a personal wellness journey involving physiotherapy, therapeutic Pilates, mobility testing, CBD products, pain and recovery journaling, and real-world cannabis wellness education in Jamaica.

Over 30 days, the challenge will document what changes, what helps, what needs more work, and what consumers should understand as Jamaica’s CBD and cannabis wellness market continues to grow.

Cannabis Wellness Needs Real Documentation

Across Jamaica and the wider Caribbean, more people are curious about CBD, therapeutic cannabis products, recovery routines, pain management, sleep support, movement, and aging well. But too much of the conversation is either overly medical, overly promotional, or missing the human side.

The 30-Day CBD / Wellness Challenge brings the discussion into the real world.

Over the course of 30 days, Omari will document his own experience with mobility challenges, physiotherapy, Clinical Pilates, CBD wellness products, and daily recovery habits. The goal is to create a public record that helps consumers ask better questions, helps brands understand real users, and helps the industry move toward more responsible wellness education.

What The Challenge Will Document

Mobility & Movement

Walking-distance tests, hip weakness, range of motion, daily movement, and progress over time.

Pain & Recovery

Morning, daytime, and evening body-feel check-ins, especially on physiotherapy and off-days.

CBD/ Cannabinoid Product Use

Sprays, balms, oils, tinctures, vapes, and wellness products used responsibly and documented honestly.

Physiotherapy & Clinical Pilates

Professional movement support, assessments, clinic-based observations, and practical recovery guidance.

Sleep & Daily Wellness

Energy, rest, hydration, stretching, breathing, stress, and overall recovery rhythm.

Real Consumer Education

Articles, interviews, product explainers, and wellness guidance for people trying to understand CBD and cannabis products.

How The 30 Days Will Work

The challenge will unfold through short videos, journal entries, walking tests, physiotherapy updates, product-use observations, wellness articles, and behind-the-scenes documentation.

Daily posting begins once the first assets are properly packaged, so the audience can follow the journey with rhythm and context. Updates will appear across Ganjactivist.com, Instagram, TikTok, and supporting editorial channels.

Content Will Include:

  • Short daily or near-daily video updates.
  • Recovery journal entries.
  • Physiotherapy and clinical Pilates footage.
  • Walking-distance baseline tests and follow-ups.
  • CBD product-use notes.
  • Wellness articles on pain, sleep, recovery, hydration, and movement.
  • Partner spotlights and product education.
  • Final reflections after the 30-day period.

A Responsible Wellness Conversation

This challenge is educational and observational. It is not medical advice, and it does not claim that CBD or cannabis products diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

CBD may be well tolerated by many people, but it can also cause side effects and may interact with some medications, including blood thinners. Consumers should speak with a qualified medical professional before starting any new wellness product, especially if they are pregnant, managing a medical condition, or taking prescription medication.

The FDA has also stated that many questions remain around CBD product safety, quality, dosage, and long-term use, which is exactly why responsible education and real-world documentation matter.

-Nothing on this page should be interpreted as medical advice. Always consult a qualified health professional before using CBD, cannabis, or wellness products.

Product Partners & Wellness Brands

Clinics, Movement Specialists & Wellness Locations

The challenge also creates an opportunity for physiotherapists, movement professionals, clinics, wellness centers, gyms, spas, cafés, hydration brands, and recovery-focused businesses to be part of a larger wellness conversation.

As the challenge documents movement, pain, recovery, mobility, and routine, participating locations can help bring credibility, context, and professional insight to the public record.

Possible Participation:

  • Professional assessments.
  • Movement guidance.
  • Location-based filming.
  • Wellness education.
  • Recovery support.
  • In-person activations.
  • Product placement opportunities.
  • Magazine and website visibility.

Follow The 30-Day Journey!

Follow the challenge as Omari documents the real ups and downs of recovery, movement, pain, CBD use, physiotherapy, and daily wellness.

This is not about perfection. It is about showing the process, asking better questions, and helping Jamaica build a more informed cannabis wellness conversation.

What Happens After The Challenge?

After Omari completes his personal 30-day public wellness journey, Ganjactivist.com plans to develop a small consumer feedback program where real patients and consumers can test selected CBD and wellness products over a defined period and provide structured, unbiased feedback.

This next phase will be patient-centered, ethical, permission-based, and designed to capture real-world product impressions around pain, mobility, sleep, recovery, comfort, and daily use.

The goal is to help consumers make more informed choices, help brands understand real product experiences, and help Jamaica’s cannabis wellness market mature with better information.
