The project combines emergency relief, rebuilding support, industry research, and documentation to help communities recover now while strengthening their ability to withstand future storms. Through partnerships with local operators, volunteers, universities, and regional organizations, Build Back Again focuses on practical solutions—better infrastructure, smarter planning, and long-term resilience—while capturing the process to inform policy, investment, and sustainable development across the Caribbean.
